Konrad Schwingenschuh receives Cross of Honour of the Republic of Austria 20.11.2012

In recognition of his outstanding achievements in space research Konrad Schwingenschuh was conferred the Austrian Cross of Honour for Science and Art, First Class. The official ceremony took place on 19 November in the Old University.

CHEOPS: small but ambitious 19.10.2012

The scientific programme comittee has selected ESA's first "Small Mission". The winner is the small satellite CHEOPS.

IWF Graz will build one of the two onboard computers for the mission.
