Magnetosphärenschweif

Einer der Schwerpunkte der Auswertung und physikalischen Interpretation von Satelliten-Daten am Institut für Weltraumforschung liegt auf der Untersuchung der Dynamik des Schweifes der Erd- und Planetenmagnetosphären. Hierbei interessieren uns insbesondere die Transportprozesse (pdf, 0,8 MB).

Aktuell werden vor allem die Daten der Cluster- und Themis-Satelliten ausgewertet.
